We like to keep things simple because the step of building a house is already significant in itself nowadays. We can create an exact drawing and 3D model of your vision, or you can choose from one of our customizable pre-designed houses that have been built before. Drawings / visit / fixed value
Within our first contact, we assess which house would best fit your requirements and decide how to shape it and/or customize it precisely to your family’s or rental needs. Once we have all the details finalized, we will visit the building location and, based on all the information gathered, provide you with a fixed value for the full project, ensuring there are no surprises along the way. Planning / site development
Once the drawings are completed and our agreement is accepted, we proceed to the construction phase. Following our plans, we’ll prepare the building site for material delivery and installation. Additionally, we’ll initiate the installation of water, waste water, and electricity systems, whether they are off-grid or connected to the nearest city or state grid.
Foundation Construction and Accommodation
Based on the customer’s preferences and the prevailing weather conditions, we will create a schedule for the foundation work and ensuring that all utilities are precisely positioned. Additionally, we will arrange suitable accommodation for our workers, if necessary, taking into account the location of the building site.
Complete Construction
Once our dedicated preparation team has completed the initial steps, we’ll deploy our skilled workforce to commence the construction phase. Our meticulous approach ensures that cables are concealed within the walls, achieving a sleek and luxurious finish. We predrill holes to facilitate seamless cable installation by our electricians. Furthermore, things like the roof will be built CNC to save material costs and eventually lead to a more cost-efficient build. Throughout the construction journey, we will invite you to join us for walk-arounds, allowing for any final adjustments to be made while still feasible, ensuring complete satisfaction with the end result.
Landscaping / Additional Structures
Upon completion of our construction process, we undertake thorough site cleaning and, if desired, create the envisioned garden. In cases where additional buildings such as a sauna or carport are included, we typically construct the sauna afterward and the carport beforehand. This sequence allows us to utilize the carport for storing dry materials during the construction process.
Final Inspection / Ready for Possession
Following the completion of the project, we’ll conduct a final walk-around together to ensure that everything meets your expectations. If all is satisfactory, we’ll hand over the key, making you the proud owner of a Goudvos Loghouse designed to endure for generations to come.
